E&H Properties was founded by Euan and Hollie with a singular vision: to deliver the highest quality property product in the best possible locations across Norwich, Norfolk. What began as a shared passion for real estate has grown into a £15.02m+ portfolio spanning HMO conversions, high-end student accommodation, serviced accommodation, and holiday lets.
Euan began his career in car sales in the winter of 2009 by joining one of the largest motor groups in East Anglia, moving his way up to the number 1 salesman within 1–2 years selling over 250 per annum year after year. Knowing from a young age property was always his passion and the end goal, Euan was then offered an exciting opportunity to relocate to Dubai to work within its emerging property market which allowed him to work for one of the leading real estate agencies in Dubai.
After a successful 4-year spell, selling over 150 villas with a combined value of over £75,000,000 and whilst building a multi-million pound property portfolio, he decided it was time to fully pursue his passion and expertise back in his home city of Norwich.
Today, E&H Properties focuses on delivering the highest quality product, securing the best located real estate, and maintaining high rental occupancy across every asset. Over 90% of their properties share the same postcode — a testament to their conviction in location-led investment.
